Gave it a 5 star ratinh because clatter coffee delivers. Simple, chill coffee shop nestled in the heart of Frostburg, has a really friendly ambirnce and a welcome vibe. Their staff is cool and they make very tasty drinks. Once at clatter coffee, you have to try their Grilled Cheese. Simply delicious.
