CES presents American Ballet Theatre Studio Company

The Cultural Events Series at Frostburg State University will present American Ballet Theatre Studio Company on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 7:30 p.m. in FSU’s Woodward D. Pealer Performing Arts Center Drama Theatre. This engagement is sponsored by Dr. Julianne K. Ferris.

ABT Studio Company, the junior company of American Ballet Theatre, is made up of rising stars of the ballet world between the ages of 17 and 21. The company prepares these outstanding young dancers, who hail from all over the globe, to enter American Ballet Theatre and other leading ballet companies worldwide. Nearly 80% of current American Ballet Theatre dancers are ABT Studio Company alumni, including Misty Copeland, Isabella Boylston and Calvin Royal III.
