Meet the Intern - Ella Troxell

About Me

My name is Ella Troxell, and I am a senior at Frostburg State University. My major is Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and minors in Journalism, Management, and Small Business/Entrepreneurship. I reside in Frederick County, MD and graduated from Middletown High School in 2023. On campus, I play for the women’s tennis team, I am the president of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), I represent tennis for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), I assist in teaching an orientation class for incoming freshmen, and I am in the Honors Program.

In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, lifting, and crocheting. I am also bilingual and fluent in both English and American Sign Language. Prior to attending college, I did tap dancing for 14 years.

I am looking forward to interning with FrostburgFirst because I have the opportunity to learn more about social media marketing and gain valuable hands-on experience. I am also excited to interact with small business owners throughout Frostburg and help plan events that will bring in more people to this beautiful city.
